Happy Monday!
This week students will be quizzed on vocabulary, concepts, and balancing bank account registers from Student Flyer 1 & 2. Vocabulary words that will appear on the quiz are as follows:
1. Bank account 2. Deposit 3. Earn 4. Interest 5. Money 6. Withdrawal 7. Business 8. Entrepreneur 9. Income 10. Job skill 11. Mentor 12. Role model
13. Self-employed 14. Work ethic
Students will also have to balance their bank account register and provide examples of Goods and Services. Students received a review sheet, that we went over together is class last week, to prepare them for the quiz.
Additionally, Job Club- Young Entrepreneurs (Wednesday Afterschool class) are hosting a Fall Festival on Friday, October 24th from 5-7pm at ACMS. We are in need of parent volunteers that evening, as well as donations that are listed on the previous blog. Please email me and let me know if you can volunteer and/or donate to the event. 25% of proceed will benefit ACMS!
